Sponsor registration

All sponsors and supporting companies will be provided with an individual company sponsor registration account (CSRA) to register their booth staff and employees for the LINC 2024. As well you can purchase additional registrations within your account.

Registration fees:

The registration fee includes:

  • Full access to all sessions and the industry exhibition
  • Daily packed lunch
  • Shuttle service to and from the Messe Leipzig
  • 2 weeks after the congress access to the on-demand content for 6 months

Cancelation policy:

No cancellations will be accepted and refunded at all times. A registration is transferable to another person at any time for a processing fee of 80 Euros.

Payment policy:

  • There will be 3 deadlines (11.03./07.05./20.05.) when orders will be closed and invoices will be send for payment.
  • The amount is due upon receive of the invoice. ALL registrations must be paid in full for the tickets to be valid on-site. No acceptations will be made.
  • The registration fee may be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and China UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Bancontact, EPS, giropay or iDeal.
  • On-site you can use Credit Card (Visa Card, Master Card), Debit Card or Cash payment only. Amex will not be accepted onsite. Sponsors are responsible for any bank and/or card fees.

Registration process:

  1. Sponsors receive their personal login account by email.
  2. Here you can select multiple registrations and add them to your order. Complementary registration will be added to your account automatically.
  3. After the 3 deadlines have passed, we will send the invoices and the payment is due right away by online payment. Please note, tickets will only be valid if full amount is paid by the sponsor.
  4. After paying, user receives an email with the invoice.
  5. Each registration has to be assigned to a participant till latest 20 May 2024. Therefore, please enter name and individual email addresses.
  6. Assigned participants will receive an email to accept, fill in the participant form and check-in. Afterwards they will receive their registration QR-Code as a confirmation.

By registering via the sponsor registration for LINC 2024, you must accept our terms of business as well as the additional terms of business for sponsors.
